An Outstanding Experience
At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Oyinnstouch experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING
At Oyinnstouch, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. please note all deposits are non refundable under any circumstances, including accidental bookings. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know by amending your booking online or using our app. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will loose your deposit and we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in.

Can't make your appointment due to emergency? you can reschedule on the same day by calling your chosen branch, for a fee of £10, this is only permitted on the same day as your appointment, if the appointment date passes we will not be able to reschedule it and you will loose your deposit.

LATE ARRIVALS
Inform Us in Advance
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged £10 extra, if you are over 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and may be reopened or given away to another client. you will have to reschedule another appointment or wait for an available slot on the same day.

Service changing
If you wish to change your service it must be within the same time frame of the original service booked or you will be charged an inconvenience fee of £10

Premium slots
​
All appointments from 9am -10:40 are an additional £20
All appointments from 7pm exceeding the closing time of 8pm are additional £20
All Sunday bookings are an additional £30

REQUREMENTS
For ALL services, please ensure your hair is properly washed and blow dried, unless you require that as an extra service. please note failure to do so may result to extra charges.

BRAIDS: Please bring ONLY pre-stretched extensions for your appointment.
​
WIGS/FRONTALS: Please ensure your hair is brought to the salon five days prior to your appointment to avoid an extra charge of £15 if you bring your hair on the same day it is an extra £25
DISCLAIMER: For all frontal services please allow the glue to fully dry for at least 24 hours before letting any sort of liquid get to it (including sweat) as this may result to your lace lifting or your wig coming off, in case this does happen we allow all clients to claim amendments within a week as we do not offer any refunds.

WE DO NOT ALLOW PLUS ONES.
If you legally or medically need a parent/guardian please call the salon to inform them. Mothers please ask before bringing your child as we may not have space for them during busy periods.

PRODUCT REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
REFUND POLICY
we do not offer refunds under any circumstances exchange only, providing the product bought is unopened and not used.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you purchase an item but then decide to cancel the order, please contact us or cancel the order using online. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will immediately cancel the order and refund you. If the order has already been dispatched, then you can return the item for a refund (see Returns Policy above).

WILL THE HAIR SHED OR TANGLE?
The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken good care.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM DUTIES?
Custom duties depend on your country custom policy, we usually put low value on the invoice to avoid the potential tax. You can also tell us the value you want to declare when you place order.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DELIVERY WAS DELAYED?
We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
